I had 2 x bowls of this as I was really hungry and it was delicious.
- Afternoon light meal ( I needed a bit more than a snack)
1x bread folded and stuffed with half a lettuce leaf
half a lettuce leaf sliced thinly and tossed with 4x sundried tomatoes diced and a drizzle of flavoured oil .
- Crunch fix
- Dinner
1x large browned then braised chicken drum stick - once cooked I removed the meat from the bone.
2x large lettuce leaves torn into bite sized pieces.
1x firmly cooked poached egg chopped up and mixed in salad.
4x diced sun-dried tomatoes
4x diced stuffed olives
1x tablespoon of flavoured olive oil for dressing.
Toss everything together add seasoning then enjoy - absolutely delicious. :) Happy with myself today.

Been reading your Blog. Gonna try some of those soup receipes but I'm no cook so don't know what will come out....LOL Actually as it's Friday I printed it out so I will read it over the week-end and have the receipes in front of me. Good Job Rose, hope you keep doing so well.
