- Breakfast
2x pieces of toast with margarine and 2 tablespoons of apricot conserve - not as sweet as jam and has more pulp in from the fruit. Delicious. So far so good
.... then nothing at all for lunch and now it is 4 pm almost dinner time and I feel really hungry. Silly not to have had a snack at lunchtime. :) I am going to sort out an option that will not damage my food account too badly and still leave me full enough to enjoy a proper dinner. - Afternoon meal
1/4 cup of Spaghetti - the kind from a can with tomatoe sauce.
2x slices of bread and margarine
1 handful of coarsely grated cheese - I mixed it in with the spaghetti.
Not exactly a fat free meal but I am happy with the choice. Got myself out of a food hole nicely with this one.
- Dinner *Note: All chicken I cook at home has the skin removed.
2x medium potatoes mashed with a smear of Garlic butter, a table spoon of regular butter and seasonings.
Good healthy meal option :) :)
