- Dinner:
Rice - about a cup of boiled rice with mixed veges in.
Sausages - I chopped up 2 sausages and added into the cucumber stir fry then shared it between us, hubby and I. I will count the sausage portion for myself as 1 to round it out.
- Dessert:
I have battled with weight all my life and this year I finally decided enough was enough. This is my personal journey to becoming the healthy woman I want to be.
